After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

১) অর্ডার প্লেস করার পর, অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার জন্য আমাদের গ্রাহক পরিসেবা দল আপনাকে 24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে কল করবে।
২) এরপর বিভিন্ন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের সার্ভারে আপনার অর্ডার পার্চেস হিস্টরি পরীক্ষা করা হবে ।
৩) আপনার অর্ডার পার্চেস হিস্টরি ভালো হলে, আপনি সম্পূর্ণ ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিতে পার্সেলটি পাবেন এবং অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের একটি মেসেজ আপনাকে পাঠানো হবে ।
৪) যদি আপনার অর্ডার পার্চেস হিস্টরি ভালো না হয় , আমরা আপনাকে অগ্রিম ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করতে অবহিত করব।এবং সেই সংক্রান্ত একটি মেসেজ আপনাকে পাঠানো হবে।
৫) মেসেজ পাঠানোর পর ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ না করা হলে 24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে অর্ডারটি বাতিল করা হবে ।
1)Once you place an order ,our customer service team will call you within 24 hours in order to confirm the order.
2)Then we will check your order purchase history in various courier service company’s servers.
2.1)If your purchase history is good , you will get the parcel in full cash on delivery. And you will also get a confirmation message.
2.2)If your Purchase history turns out to be poor, we will notify you to pay the delivery charge in advance. We will also send you a message with the payment details.
3)If you do not pay the delivery charge after being asked, we will cancel the order in 24 hours.
